HASH BROWN BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

ingredients:
- 1 24 ounce package Ore-Ida frozen Hash Browns
- 2 Cups diced ham
- 1 Cup sausage meat (your choice spicy or sweet)
- 3 Jumbo Eggs
- 1 Cup milk
- 16 Ounces shredded cheese - your choice
- Mozzarella, Cheddar, Swiss or Provolone. Or whatever your favorite cheese is.
- 1 Medium onion diced
- Ground Pepper mix
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
instructions:
- Saute' the hash in oil olive until brown on both sides - place in 9"x13" baking dish
- Saute' ham, sausage meat, and onions (using the same pan - add more olive oil if needed)- layer on top of the hash browns.
- Mix eggs, milk in a bowl pour on top.
- Add cheese - lots of cheese
- Note: make at least 3 hours before - best when made the night before and stored in the refrigerator.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour - making sure the middle is cooked and the cheese is a little brown.
- Let sit for 20 minutes before serving.
